About the project

The cottage town "VIA 52" is located in Berezovka, Kyiv region, it is only 20 km from the capital. This complex consists of 15 two-story houses in the minimalist style with a flat roof. Quite simple laconic geometry, that plays with the rhythm of deployed blocks on the second floor, and everything is in a clear white color with a discreet landscape form a private building in the same pure style.
