The residence occupies the top of a hill, offering panoramic views in every direction. The challenge was not only to create a distinctive architectural identity on a complex site, but also to resolve the surrounding landscape as an integral part of the project. The buildings, circulation, technical functions, and supporting infrastructure were carefully integrated into the natural setting. Particular attention was given to concealing fences, retaining walls, service structures, and other technical elements. The aim was to create the feeling of being immersed in nature, allowing visitors to enjoy the panoramic views and carefully composed landscape both from the park-like grounds and through the expansive windows of the main residence.
